Next training session is Wednesday 24th Feb, at Bangor RFC 18:30 start so be there around 18:10. Hopefully a training game vs. Nant U15. No coffee/bar facilities available for parents as Cor Rygbi Gogledd Cymru are rehearsing from 19:00

NWW U13 squad note:

1. There's a practice match at Bangor against their U14's next Thursday 25th Feb ko 6.30pm so please try and be there around 6pm so the coaches can get everyone out on the pitch ready to play by 6.30.

2. The next Match is on Sunday 28th Feb at Bangor against North East Wales U13's. I think ko will be 12 mid day as usual with U12s at 11.00 & U14s at 1.00 so please be there at 11am.

On Friday two of our provincial sides were in action against older opposition and gave a good display and will I'm sure learn from their game.

A good close contest and an indicator of our ambition within the squad.

A hard fixture but a good measure for the squad as this was only their 2nd game!
